Austin and Lilly recently discovered the joys of their play mat.

Lilly likes the hanging rings and lion.


Austin would rather look at himself in the mirror. (I think that runs on his dad's side of the family.)

Indiana State Fair

Lilly and Austin seemed to enjoy their first Indiana State Fair experience this past weekend.

It was a beautiful day. Lilly enjoyed being out of her stroller to feel the cool breeze.

Austin was just happy to be outside.

They saw the elephant rides, tiger show and the world's largest boar of course. They also picked out their first playground set (which is good because it will take us about 5 years to save up enough money to purchase the one they wanted.) Who knows where they get their expensive taste? ;o)

They were a little jealous that we got to eat all the delicious "fair food." I told them they would be able to taste the deep fried bananas foster cheese cake next year.

Summer Birthdays

We have many birthday celebrations each summer.
Austin and Lilly enjoyed the festivities and even wore Birthday hats...




However, when Lilly found out she couldn't have any cake, she was really upset.
