Waiting for Summer

While Dustin was cleaning the garage this weekend, the kids found their lawn chairs and just HAD to bring them in the house.



We are more than ready for summer...can't wait to get outside again!

Tent Fun

The kids had a blast playing with their cousins this weekend. The biggest hit was yet again their tent.

The girls would get in the tent, zip it...and as you can see from Austin's face, he LOVED it when they unzipped it and scared him!!





I think Lilly liked yelling, "BOO!" as much as Austin liked being scared...

They had a blast! (I think the big girls even had just as much fun as Austin and Lilly!)

iPhone Craze

Lilly and Austin have definately caught on to the iPhone craze. If they spot us using our phones, they won't stop until they get them in their hands. Austin's getting pretty good at some of the games; he managed to beat himself at Connect Four the other day. I'm sure it was all genius and zero luck. ;o)

New hats

The kids picked out some new hats this weekend. Much to our surprise, they wear them longer than we ever anticipated.

Austin's 1st Haircut

The infamous first haircut...went as expected. Austin was NOT happy about it.

It seemed to only take a balloon and a slide to make him forget the horrible experience and smile again.



In the words of Grandma Jan, "He looks like a little boy now instead of a baby." Amazing what a little trim can do!

And speaking of hair - as CRAZY as Lilly's hair is at this stage, I'm trying my hardest to just leave it alone and let it grow. Some days it's out of control...but it makes for some great pictures. :o)
