My Future's so Bright...

I gotta wear shades!

(A friend emailed me this picture; we still haven't found our camera cord.)

This is a pretty big difference from their first picture in sun glasses...

15 mo Dr Visit

The kids appear to be healthy and right on track!

Austin remains quite a bit bigger than Lilly...

Head: 2 inches larger
Weight: 5 lbs heavier
Height: 3 inches longer

This just continues to prove the fact that he's all boy and she's all girl! :o)

Update

Sorry - no pictures this post. We've taken some, but we've misplaced the camera cord to download them. We hope to find it once we move and get settled once and for all.

We're still "homeless" at this point. :o( We have a Purchase Agreement signed and are working to get things finalized on a new home; we hope to close within the next couple weeks. (We wasted quite a few weeks on a house that was on it's way to foreclosure...it just didn't work out so we wasted some time there. We have high hopes that this new house will go much smoother.)

We are convinced that the 'terrible two's' have started at 15 months for us - TIMES TWO. :o( We're going through a rough period with the kids right now. The last few weeks have been trying for us. They are very cranky, fighting most of the time with each other, picky eaters, and very different than the normal. Granted, we've moved from our old home to Papaw's, then on to Grandpa Marlin and Grandma Robbi's, and we're planning to move again soon all within the last month and a half. We're hoping that once we get settled in our new place, they will settle down as well, but we're not too convinced that is realistic with them. We'll see...

Not a whole lot more to report with the kiddos. Lilly is very very close to walking fully on her own. She loves to just walk around and hold onto one of our fingers with one hand, but she's still hesitant to let go fully at this point. Austin will walk if we make him, but he's not as interested in trying on his own just yet. (Which is very surprising because Austin has done everything first so far, except walking.) I used to kid that he was so top heavy due to his large head, but his neurologist confirmed that this is a valid point. She doesn't think it will hold up is progress much.

The kids are still as cute as can be (despite their attitudes) and growing like weeds. We'll get official weights and heights tomorrow at their check up. I'll post more pictures once we find the cord.

Ta ta for now...
